Michael and I decided that we really wanted Seth to have a special 4th of July holiday (it is my favorite holiday). We also wanted Seth to have his first big car trip before baby number two gets here so it was just a good time to go on a trip. Well in our hometown you aren't aloud to buy fireworks and set them off so what better excuse to go and see family then drive to another state and celebrate the holiday there. Of course the dogs had to come along with us. I have had so many people ask how do you get the baby and the dogs into the car. Well here is the answer.
We let Faith sit on her favorite side and just chill there. She enjoys looking out the window and watching all of the livestock we see. Then when she gets board she does what Hope does for the entire trip.
Yep, Hope just sleeps. Hope has spent so much time in the car traveling that she is just a pro now and goes right to sleep. Of course Seth had to take the tip from her and slept most of the way to our first stop which wasn't good later because he was up for several hours that night and didn't let me get the rest that I needed. He was also starting to teeth again at that time so he was a little cranky but HEY at least he was great in the car.
